OVERVIEW

We're building solutions to solve real operational problems and sharing what we learn along the way. For each project, we break down the problem, how we approached it and the challenges we encountered building it.

USE CASE #1

An agent that organises and prepares raw media ready for editing

Every video shoot generates hundreds of files with unclear names, duplicates and mixed formats. Before editing can begin, someone has to manually organise everything into a usable structure - a process that can take days. Even once sorted, teams often still don't know what footage they actually have without reviewing clips individually. We built an agent that turns a folder of raw footage into an edit-ready library. It safely copies the original files, analyses the content of every image and video, groups material by shoot day, organises it into labelled folders and renames files consistently. Instead of spending days preparing footage, editors can begin reviewing and cutting almost immediately.

The biggest challenge was accurately understanding video content from limited visual information. Similar-looking clips or incomplete metadata occasionally required a quick human review, particularly when grouping footage by shoot day. We also chose to copy files rather than move them, prioritising the safety of the original footage over a small increase in processing time.

Designed for leaders who need to stay informed on how AI is reshaping their industry, our AI Intelligence programme provides ongoing monthly briefings covering the developments that matter most. Sessions are tailored to the interests of the audience and typically explore emerging AI tools, competitor activity, industry-specific implications and the risks and opportunities organisations should be preparing for.

Our insights are drawn from a combination of desktop research, network intelligence, vendor briefings and direct experience supporting organisations with AI adoption. The result is practical, verified intelligence that helps leaders cut through the hype, make informed decisions and anticipate change before it impacts their business. This is one of our most popular services among leadership teams.

USE CASE #2

A tool that rewrites messaging for different stakeholders and channels

A single message rarely works for every audience. Procurement teams, business leaders and technical stakeholders all respond to different priorities, yet marketing and communications teams often spend hours manually rewriting the same core message for different people and channels. The process is slow, inconsistent and largely based on instinct rather than a structured understanding of what each audience actually values. We built an agent that transforms a single message into tailored versions for different stakeholders and communication channels. After analysing company information, ICPs and business context, it rewrites the message from each audience's perspective and explains why that version is likely to resonate. This gives teams a structured messaging framework instead of repeatedly rewriting content from scratch.

The hardest challenge was ensuring each version genuinely reflected a different perspective rather than making small wording changes. We spent considerable time refining the underlying logic so every variation stood on its own, with the reasoning behind each message becoming just as valuable as the message itself.

USE CASE #3

A tool that models how commercial decisions affect profit

Commercial decisions are often made using static spreadsheets that quickly become difficult to maintain. Small changes to pricing, freelancer costs, headcount or project scope require manual updates across multiple formulas, making it hard to understand how they affect profitability. As a result, many businesses rely on instinct rather than data when making important commercial decisions. We built an agent that creates a live financial model of the business using project fees, delivery costs and team capacity. Users can test different pricing, staffing and project scenarios and instantly see how each change affects profit across projects, weeks and months. It also highlights which commercial drivers have the biggest impact, helping teams pressure-test decisions before committing to them.

The biggest challenge was handling messy financial data, as every business stores costs, rates and pricing differently. We also chose not to predict how customer demand might change when prices move, instead keeping those assumptions visible and fixed. This ensures the outputs remain transparent, realistic and based on information the business can confidently validate.
